What does the INKK Aftercare Kit do?

The INKK Aftercare Kit is designed to support proper tattoo care by keeping the skin comfortable, hydrated, and balanced during and after the tattooing process. It helps maintain ink clarity while avoiding heavy, suffocating textures that can overwhelm fresh tattoos.

What does the Tattoo Balm do?

INKK Tattoo Balm provides lightweight moisture and protection to tattooed skin. It helps reduce dryness and tightness while creating a breathable barrier that supports the skin’s natural process — without feeling greasy or overly heavy.

When should I start using the kit?

You can begin using the INKK Aftercare Kit once your artist has advised it’s safe to apply aftercare (typically after the initial wrap or bandage is removed). Always follow your tattoo artist’s specific aftercare instructions first.

Can I use this immediately after a tattoo session?

Yes — once your tattoo has been properly cleaned and your artist has cleared you for aftercare, the kit can be incorporated into your routine. Use clean hands and apply a thin layer only.

How often should I apply the Tattoo Balm?

A small amount goes a long way. Apply a thin layer as needed to keep skin feeling comfortable and hydrated. Over-application is not recommended.

Is this safe for all skin tones?

Yes. INKK Aftercare products are designed to be skin-tone inclusive and suitable for all tattoo styles and complexions.

Is this product safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are intentionally minimal and made without unnecessary fillers. However, everyone’s skin is different. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.

What if I have allergies?

If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the full ingredient list carefully before use. Always perform a spot test on a small area of skin and wait 24 hours before applying to tattooed skin.

Does the balm have a scent?

INKK Tattoo Balm has a light, natural scent from its ingredients. It is not artificially fragranced and is designed to remain subtle, not overpowering.

What if my balm melted, looks cloudy, or changed texture?

Because INKK products are made with natural ingredients, texture changes can occur during shipping or in warm environments. Melting, re-solidifying, or slight cloudiness does not affect product quality or performance.
