We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items, including balms or aftercare products.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inkkaftercare@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
